Lunchtime Supervisor – Part Time, Fixed Term (1 Year) Northampton Salary: £3,558 pro rata (FTE £24,027) Hours: 12:00–13:15, Monday to Friday (15 hours/week) Start date: September 2025 – 1 Year Fixed Term The School and Role A welcoming and caring primary school in Northampton is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupil wellbeing during midday breaks. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, promote positive behaviour, encourage safe and engaging play, and support pupils during mealtimes. Additional duties include tidying, clearing tables, and resetting the dining area to ensure a smooth lunchtime routine for all pupils and staff. Requirements Please note: You will only be considered for this role if you meet the required criteria and have proven experience working as a lunchtime supervisor in a UK school setting.
