Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role combining on-site customer support with office-based technical work. This position involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at customer locations, as well as supporting internal operations, documentation, and planning when office-based.

Field-Based Duties
* Install, commission, and service equipment at customer sites
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner
* Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
* Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
* Complete service reports and documentation after visits
Office-Based Duties
1. Provide remote technical support to customers and colleagues
