We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a secondary school team. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons, developing their artistic skills and appreciation of visual arts. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as an Art Teacher:
* Plan and deliver exciting and challenging art lessons across KS3–KS4.
* Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression through a variety of artistic media.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures individual talents.
* Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
* Contribute to extra-curricular activities, such as art clubs and exhibitions.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a strong arts culture across the school.
Ideal Art Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* A degree in Fine Art, Design, or a related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for the arts.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills as an Art Teacher.
