HGV Trailer Technician opportunity
Location: Castle Donington
Salary: Up to £38,000 basic per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 5:30pm

About the Role:
1. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Trailer Technician to join a leading transport solutions provider in Castle Donington

Key Responsibilities:
12. Carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers
13. Diagnose and repair EBS system faults
14. Complete compliance and workshop documentation accurately
15. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
16. Attend training courses to further develop technical skills
17. Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency
About You:
18. Previous experience working on HGV trailers or heavy vehicles
19. Industry qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ preferred
20. Experience with EBS diagnostics including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, or WABCO
21. Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
22. Welding experience or certification beneficial
23. Experience with BPW, SAF, or JOST axle systems advantageous
24. Tail lift and double-deck maintenance experience desirable
25. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
