We are looking to recruit a Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator for a busy office in the Birmingham area.
Duties include:-
* Dealing with all forms of enquires via telephone and email
* Taking and processing orders
* Checking prices
* Creating quotes
* Booking deliveries
* Sending out information to customers
* General administrative support
Skills required:-
* Excellent IT skills, includidn Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage 200
* Excellent organisational skills
* Must be able to read, write, and speak Chinese
* Used to working in a busy environment
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
