Job Summary
BARBRI is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Creative Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, print, and digital design, with the ability to lead and execute high-impact design projects across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing creative deliverables, developing innovative visual concepts, and ensuring seamless integration of design elements to meet project objectives. You will report to the Vice President of Brand and Creative Strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers to deliver top-tier creative campaigns and assets for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Design Projects: Manage and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, stakeholder expectations, and KPIs.
2. Print Design: Create marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, posters, event booths, and other print materials that support branding and marketing goals.
3. Social Media: Develop compelling on-brand creative assets for organic and paid media, analyzing performance data to optimize engagement.
4. Web Design: Collaborate with content and UX/UI teams to craft visually appealing, user-friendly landing pages and digital assets, applying SEO, CRO, and UI/UX best practices.
5. Video Design: Work with video/motion designers to produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns and social media.
6. Interactive Design: Lead creation of interactive website elements and digital experiences to enhance user engagement.
7. Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, development, and creative teams to define project goals and deliverables.
8. Stay Current: Keep up with design trends, MarTech innovations, and best practices to improve creative quality and productivity.
9. Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
10. Presentations: Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating rationale and incorporating feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
* Experience: 10+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across web, video, and print media.
* Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with UI/UX tools like Figma, Canva, Miro, Axure.
* Video Production: Experience with storyboarding and animation software is advantageous.
* Interactive Design: Experience with tools such as Adobe Animate and web technologies.
* Microsoft Office: Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and handle feedback professionally.
* Problem-Solving: Creative, agile thinker capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and collaborating effectively.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in agency or fast-paced environments.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Trello.
* Strong background in branding and rebranding projects.
