 
        Karmara Limited is looking for a talented social media assistant to look after our Instagram Account. Karmara is a UK based health and wellness brand that specifically sells weighted blankets and accessories to aid those with autism, anxiety, stress or sleeping difficulties. At the moment we are looking for 5 hours work per week, however, this could change depending on successful performance and ROI. Important to note: The freelancer selected to do this project will need to be self driven and creative, coming up with their own ideas with little assistance. We are looking for someone who can: - Create two on-brand and engaging pieces of content to post to our profile per week. - Create two to three on-brand and engaging 'Story' posts per week. - Write on-brand captions to Karmaras' tone of voice. - Keep 'Highlights' updated and relevant. - Engage with the online community. - Steadily increase legitimate followers. - Monitor, analyse and report on performance, providing recommendations for improvements. - Stay updated on social media trends - Stay updated with competitor activities Ideal Attributes: - A strong understanding of brand aesthetics and tone of voice. - An ability to adapt content for different platforms and understand platform-specific trends. - Proactive, driven, and eager to learn about new industry innovations. - Strong time management skills. Ideal Skills & Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. - A creative mindset and passion for social media trends. - Strong analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
