Maintenance ElectricianLocation: PeterboroughSalary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum (potential flexibility for the right candidate)Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (Flexible)Van + Fuel Card Provided (Private use permitted)Tools & Uniform ProvidedThe Opportunity:A leading engineering services provider is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join its growing team. This role supports multiple secure and high-priority sites, delivering a mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance. With an emphasis on reliability, safety, and professionalism, this position suits someone confident in a client-facing environment who takes pride in delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works across allocated sites * Conduct electrical fault finding, testing, repair, and installation tasks * Support minor general maintenance activities where required * Collaborate with on-site personnel to ensure smooth delivery of services * Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (details provided at interview)Requirements: * 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (Essential) * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential) * Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) * Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance * Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards * Good communication and time management skillsWhat’s on Offer: * Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 (with potential room for negotiation) * Monday to Friday working, with flexible daytime hours * Enhanced overtime rates (1.4x Mon-Sat, 1.9x Sun) * 21 days holiday + 8 bank holidays * Company van and fuel card (available for private use) * Tools and uniform provided * Pension scheme * Opportunities for further training and career progression * Supportive, well-structured team with an existing engineer at each siteInterview Process: * One-stage, face-to-face interviewGet in touch with Jacob from HVAC for more information
