About the Role To support our continued growth we are looking for an Operational Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to assist in the effective delivery and oversight of our maintenance programme. You will play a key role in ensuring planned maintenance tasks are tracked, scheduled, and completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Support the maintenance team with day-to-day administration of planned and reactive maintenance tasks Monitor maintenance schedules, update records, and ensure timely completion of works Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate maintenance activities Administrative duties including filing, data entry, and communication tracking and maintaining accurate records in the maintenance management system. Assist in generating reports and analysing data to support operational decision-making Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within operations or facilities/maintenance Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively Experience with maintenance or asset management systems is a plus Knowledge of MRI Evolution (Concept Evolution) system desirable but not essential as training will be given.
