The Role:
As Finance Administrator, you'll play a vital part in keeping the finance engine running smoothly. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for a broad range of transactional finance duties, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail across all processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Purchase Ledger
* Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
* Matching, batching, coding, and reconciling
* Preparing supplier payment runs and resolving invoice queries
Banking & Reconciliations
* Assisting with daily banking and monthly reconciliations
* Investigating anomalies and ensuring correct transaction allocations
Sales Ledger
* Raising and issuing customer invoices
* Supporting credit control by following up on outstanding payments
Admin & Finance Team Support
* Maintaining up-to-date records (both digital and physical)
* Supporting audits and participating in finance-related projects
What We're Looking For:
* 1–2 years' experience in a finance or accounts admin role
* Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
* Experience working in a high-growth SME
* Exposure to international finance processes
* Knowledge of tools like Concur or Approval Max
