This role offers the chance to inspire and engage pupils while working in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher: Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the primary curriculum. Support students’ academic progress and well-being. Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to students’ needs. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education and well-being. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent. Trainee or early careers teachers are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
