This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!</p><p>You will report to the Senior Management Team within the venue and work alongside the Wedding and Events Sales team to deliver our packages in an operational capacity.</p><h3>WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…</h3><ul><li>Leading your team on shift to achieve high standards of service during our Functions and Events</li><li>Scheduling your team to ensure you have the correct capacity to deliver our Weddings and Events effectively</li><li>Liaising with the Wedding and Events Team to ensure an effective plan is in place prior to Functions to ensure operational success</li><li>Shared responsibility for Training and Development of the Front of House Team</li><li>Complying with Health & Safety Standards</li><li>This list is not exhaustive and other adhoc tasks may be required, and will be discussed with you in advance</li></ul><h3>ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON…</h3><p>At Manorview we have an array of different personalities and think it’s fantastic! We champion individuality and above all else we want our team to express who they are!</p><p>You are a task orientated individual, who strives for perfection, leading by example to upskill your department alongside the Senior Management Team to deliver world class standards!</p><h3>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…</h3><ul><li>Leadership skills to motivate and manage your team (Essential)</li><li>Confidence in liaising with other heads of departments to deliver what the client requires (Essential)</li><li>Great Communication skills to motivate and manage your Team (Essential)</li><li>Excellent Organisational and Administrative Skills (Essential)</li><li>Ability to be flexible and respond to last minute requests, changes and problems that occur (Essential)</li><li>Direct experience working in an operational capacity to deliver wedding and events packages (Desirable)</li></ul><p>We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum.
