Position: London Market Process-Focused Business Analyst
Contract: Outside £650/day, initial 3-month term (rolling) with potential for extension based on performance
Location: On-site 4 days/week – London (modern workspace with perks)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong London Market knowledge, operational excellence (OpEx), and process optimisation expertise. This is a hands-on, consultative role requiring someone comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and driving practical solutions. You will work across process improvement, AI enablement, and operational transformation initiatives, ensuring strategy translates into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes, identifying blockers and recommending solutions
* Lead process optimisation initiatives, embedding continuous improvement across business operations
* Apply OpEx, Lean, and Process Excellence principles to improve efficiency and governance
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design Target Operating Models and support implementation
* Rollout and onboard AI-enabled tools (Co-Pilot style), including governance, training, and adoption management
* Provide consultative insights and influence strategy, ensuring recommendations are practical, implementable, and aligned with business priorities
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven London Market experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Excellence
* Strong consultative skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
* Hands-on experience in process mapping, documentation, and implementation
* Expertise in OpEx, Lean, and continuous improvement principles (highly desirable)
* Familiarity with AI/automation enablement tools and digital process improvement initiatives
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements
* References from previous roles demonstrating delivery and stakeholder management capability
