You will work directly with clients, manage applications from inception through to decision, and support junior team members while contributing to wider business growth. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, managing, and submitting planning applications, appeals, and planning statements Leading site appraisals, policy reviews, and feasibility assessments Providing commercially astute planning advice to clients Managing and developing client relationships Coordinating with local authorities, stakeholders, and external consultants Supporting the mentoring and development of junior planners Contributing to the delivery of high-quality planning solutions across multiple sectors About You We are looking for a confident and commercially aware Senior Town Planner who can work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team environment.
