As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking for a CRM Manager to join our IT team on a remote/home working basis from within the UK. As our CRM Manager, you will create, implement and oversee the CRM strategy within the University. You will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation of business and process changes, while actively identifying innovative solutions to optimise our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive CRM initiatives and ensure the system is effectively utilised to enhance customer relationships and achieve organisational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of CRM best practices. As our CRM Manager you will be responsible for: Leading the CRM Team to implement and facilitate the CRM strategy and plan Provide technical support, direction, supervision and leadership to all members of the CRM support team and managing 2 Analysts in our Hyderabad team Work with stakeholders to review and critically assess existing complex end to end workflows, and identify solutions to business needs Monitor and identify any trends, problems, system performance or reoccurring issues Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, reports and analytics to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights Develop and maintain CRM policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, system security and user adoption We are looking for people who are/have: Recent, relevant experience of working within a similar role within a CRM support team Experience of CRM Dynamics solution architecture Substantial experience in configuring Dynamics CRM or managing a team who have done this MS Dynamics CRM – Configuration; Workflows/Security/Forms & Views/Entity Management/Dashboards/Reports Experienced in coaching and mentoring with excellent people management skills The closing date for applications is Friday 3rd May 2024 Benefits On top of a competitive salary of £43,000, we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes: Private Medical Scheme and Life Assurance Contributory Pension Scheme Training and Qualifications (including Course Sponsorship/Fee Discount) Season Ticket Loans and Student Discounts At The University of Law, you will work alongside other like-minded professionals who are passionate about driving innovation in higher education and delivering successful outcomes for our students.
