Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will take calls from customers and help to resolve their IT issues, acting as the first point of contact for our customers. You will resolve incidents using your initiative, knowledge, and problem-solving skills, employing remote support tools to address and fix issues. Additionally, you will keep customers updated throughout the incident life cycle.
