Competitive pay : Starting salary of £28,000, with on-target earnings of £34,000 (and the opportunity to earn even more). Clear progression : After 6 months, you’ll have the option to move into a Sales Executive role, with on-target earnings of £45,000 plus a company car. No experience? No problem! Full training and a structured onboarding programme are provided to set you up for success. Work-life balance matters 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts). Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off. Sundays are yours — we’re closed, so you can truly recharge. What you’ll do As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey: Arranging test drives. Helping customers find the right finance or accessories. Supporting customers online, in-store, over the phone, or by video. You’ll be part of a team that values great communication, enjoys working with technology, and is committed to creating an outstanding customer experience. What we’re looking for A full driving licence (manual & automatic). A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful — but not essential. If you’re people-focused and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
