Founded 25 years ago, this family run business manufacture luxury consumer products within the Toy and Games sector. The business have an e-commerce presence but are an established B2B sales company. Their product portfolio is high-end and you can purchase their products in many department stores globally.
They are navigating the market well and continue to launch new products.
Description
The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
* Building out the management reports
* Business partner sales team and ops
* Provide insight on customer, product and performance
* Drive the profitability of the business
* FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
* Support the SLT
Profile
The successful Head of Finance will be:
* A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Demonstrable experience in Luxury Consumer or product based manufacturing/retail/wholesale
* Able to work independently and as apart of a small operation
* Sage 200
* Strong Excel skills
* Demonstrable experience in an SME.
