* Act as a role model for company values and behaviours at all times
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the lifeguard and reception team on a day-to-day basis
* Ensure the building is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times by conducting daily cleaning inspections and checks
* Support the reception team in resolving customer issues or complaints that cannot be resolved independently
* Work closely with other departments, maintaining clear and effective communication with reception and management teams
* Set clear objectives for the team and monitor performance and standards of work
* Complete all daily Health & Safety checks and documentation, including cleaning and maintenance records
* Oversee activities running within the building, ensuring safety and operational standards are met
* Set up poolside and cleaning equipment as required
* Monitor plant room equipment and report any faults or concerns promptly
* Carry out daily pool water tests, ensuring water quality is fully sanitised and safe for bathers
* Ensure all NOP (Normal Operating Procedures) and EAP (Emergency Action Plans) are followed at all times
Qualifications & Experience Required
* Previous experience working as a lifeguard in a leisure or aquatic environment
* Supervisory or team leader experience (or readiness to step up into a leadership role)
* Strong knowledge of pool safety, water testing, and emergency procedures
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead by example and handle customer concerns professionally

* Weekend availability 8-16hours approximately
