Responsibilities
Provide tailored one:to:one and small:group support as an SEN Teaching Assistant. Assist in planning and implementing interventions in line with individual education plans (IEPs). Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students academic and emotional development. Record and report on student achievements, sharing insights with teachers and parents.
Requirements
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. A compassionate, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting children with diverse needs. Strong communication and organisational skills. A valid driver s licence and access to your own vehicle are preferable but not essential.
