Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful independent estate agent that are looking for a Property Manager to oversee their property management portfolio from their busy branch in Prime Central London.
Responsibilities:
* Management of a portfolio of properties
* Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
* Respond to tenants maintenance requests
* Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
* Undertake inspections
* Organise/oversee refurbishment works
* Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
* Deliver excellent customer service and communication
* Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
Requirements:
1. IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
2. Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
3. Experience with a portfolio
4. Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
5. Great communicator
