Help Desk Scheduler - Haydock - £26 - £27K (DOE)
Working for a very established organisation who are going through a period of expansion due to winning new contracts.
Duties include:
* Working as part of a small team of 4 Help Desk Schedulers reporting to the Team Manager
* Working in a fast-paced environment with a lovely atmosphere and varied duties
* Taking calls from customers who are needing assistance with an installation, service or repair
* Scheduling a team of 12 Engineers on a daily basis
* Updating client records and a variety of portals with the progress of each job
* Raising invoices for clients
* Providing clients with regular updates and handling any queries
* Responding to emails in a busy shared inbox
* Using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 37 1/2 hours a week
