An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Veterinary Surgeon to take the lead at a thriving small animal practice in Cheltenham. The well-established, independent clinic has relocated to new premises off Bath Road, Cheltenham\'s vibrant hub of boutiques, restaurants, and cafés—a location that supports work-life balance.
The modern, purpose-built practice is equipped with everything needed to deliver outstanding veterinary care, including lap spays, a dedicated dental theatre, an advanced imaging suite, spacious wards, in-house lab, and diagnostic equipment. You\'ll be joining a knowledgeable team of five vets, including certificate holders in surgery and professionals with specialist interests in cardiology and ophthalmology. The nursing team includes a Head RVN with a surgical certificate and a proactive group of qualified nurses, SVNs, and client care staff.
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you\'ll play a vital role in shaping the clinic\'s future by providing clinical leadership, guiding the veterinary team to deliver gold-standard care, and supporting the Practice Manager to optimise commercial performance.
