About the Team:The Beauty & Fashion teams at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.We are now seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to support the team across two key focus areas: business development and creator partnerships.Responsibilities:Business Development SupportConduct research to identify and qualify new Fashion brands for onboardingSupport the outreach and engagement process with prospective brands (similar to SDR work)Assist with pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updatesHelp prepare outreach materials, pitch decks, and performance reportsCreator Outreach & Campaign CoordinationSupport outreach to creators on behalf of TikTok Shop fashion brandsHelp coordinate creator seeding and sampling effortsManage campaign tracking sheets and assist with performance reportingMatch brands with relevant creators in collaboration with the partnerships teamQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 6 months.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM or campaign tracking toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized with strong attention to detail.
