The Maths and English Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring sessions in both subjects to students of various ages and levels. Duties include planning and preparing engaging lessons, assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
A relevant degree in Mathematics, English, Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is essential. Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English. Experience working with students of different abilities and backgrounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Strong organisation and time management skills. Proficient in using educational technology and resources.
Additional qualifications in special educational needs (SEN) or teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) would be advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
