We’re working with a growing construction and consultancy business that delivers a broad range of exciting projects across the retail, education, sports, commercial, and civils sectors. They support major clients, offering cost management, project support and on-site commercial delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant QS who wants hands-on exposure, strong mentorship and the chance to build a well-rounded career.
What you’ll be involved in:
* Supporting live projects across varied sectors
* Assisting with measurements, valuations, cost reporting and subcontract management
* Working closely with an experienced QS who will guide your development
* Gaining client-facing experience alongside on-site commercial delivery
* Helping maintain accurate financial control and project documentation
* Exposure to both pre-construction and live project commercial duties

Requirements:
* 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience in construction or civils preferred
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
