Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dedicated PMO team working closely within our global finance team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of business practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What will I be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
* Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
* Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
* Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
* Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
* Testing and Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
* Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
* Project Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation review.
* Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications:
* Experience: Proven track record in business analysis or similar roles, preferably within finance or related projects.
* Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT, Visio, Jira).
o Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, SmartSheet).
o Ability to work independently and in teams.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
