Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance tax planning. Draft and review wills, trusts, and associated documentation to meet clients’ needs. Assist clients with probate and estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Stay informed of changes in legislation and best practices within private client law. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in private client law, with specific experience in trusts. Strong understanding of trust law, estate planning, and inheritance tax issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
