About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be involved in the development of curriculum, lessons, and trainer CPD, as well as the evaluation of programmes, across the Learning & Development department. We are seeking those who have experience of working with qualification specifications, creating lessons, evaluating programmes and assessing quality of provision. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide professional advice and guidance on the design, delivery and evaluation and quality assurance of training curriculum and training programmes.
* Develop and design specialist or bespoke training, learning and development programmes.
* Work with internal and external partners to share knowledge and development of joint L & D initiatives, and be responsible for the development of instructors, assessors and trainers in L&D (Learning & Development).
* Carry out assessment of learners, and observations of trainers, against specified criteria. Be proficient in assessing Knowledge Understanding Skills, Attitudes and Behaviours (KUSAB).
* Responsibility for ensuring force adherence to and compliance with relevant National Standards, assessment criteria, quality assurance and long-term accreditation processes.
