For the successful FLT Driver our client is offering:
1. £12.55 to £13.56 DOE and shift
2. 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM OR 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM - Monday to Friday
3. Temp-perm
4. Plenty of overtime available after 39 hours are worked (Time and a third in the week, Time and a half on Saturdays and Double time on Sundays!)
5. Free parking - Our client is accessible via public transport
The role - FLT Driver:
6. Working in the Despatch area, preparing of products to be dispatched
7. Counterbalance Driving
8. Labelling of products
9. Printing labels from the Computer
10. Manual handling
11. Use of a warehouse management system
12. Use of handheld scanners
13. Lifting boxes within the Dispatch area
14. Walking 20,000 - 25,000 steps per shift, pulling a Pump truck
15. Picking
What our client is looking for in a FLT Driver:
16. Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
17. FLT Counterbalance Licence- ESSENTIAL
18. FLT Bendi licence- PREFERABLE
19. Must be happy with heavy lifting
20. Proven experience in a despatch environment - ESSENTIAL
21. Experience using a warehouse management experience- ESSENTIAL
22. Must have picking and packing experience- ESSENTIAL
23. Must have good numeracy skills- ESSENTIAL
24. Must be happy with working within a fast paced warehouse environment
