Learning and Development Co-ordinator\nOur client, a forward-thinking organisation based in Winchester, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support growth and development across the business and would suit a candidate with experience coordinating, scheduling or administrative experience gained within projects.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be confident in building strong relationships across all levels of the business and will be comfortable liaising with, advising, and consulting stakeholders.\n\nAs the Learning and Development Co-ordinator, you'll contribute to the effective delivery of training and development initiatives across the organisation.
