A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Bolton.

Purpose of the role
* To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.
* To protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.
* You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.
