Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting accurate data, and supporting construction and retrofit projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in residential surveying and retrofit installs.
Responsibilities
* Conduct residential surveys using traditional methods and modern equipment to determine precise measurements
* Prepare survey reports
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure survey data aligns with project specifications.
* Assist in the design and implementation of survey plans for construction retrofit projects
* Maintain accurate records of survey data, field notes, and related documentation.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations during all surveying activities.
* Dealing with customers from start to finish of projects.
* Assist with any technical questions from the trades.
* Assist with planning and executing projects.
Experience
* Proven experience in surveying or a related field is essential.
* Knowledge of data management practices relevant to survey data collection and analysis.
* Experience working on construction sites or retrofit projects is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
