Job Role: Residential Support Worker - Children's Home
Location: Wakefield WF2
Children's Home: EBD, 3 Bed, Low to Medium.
YP Age: 7 to 18
Salary: £26,600 to £31,000 per annum (including sleep-in allowance) DOE
Our Client is a Top 10 UK provider of Children Homes organisation and specialises in supporting Children and Young People who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their team in one of their children's residential homes.
Role Overview:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing young people with support, care, and guidance within a positive parenting model. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home, managing risks in line with company policies, and advocating for the young people in your care. Flexibility in shift patterns and attendance at staff meetings are essential aspects of this role.
