A well-established law firm in Birkenhead are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its established Care and Family department following a team restructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in public children work who is looking to develop their practice within a supportive and well-resourced team. The successful candidate must hold Children Panel membership and will ideally have an existing Guardian following. The role will involve handling a caseload of care matters representing children, with the expectation that the successful applicant will bring these instructions into the department. You will be supported by a dedicated paralegal, alongside in-house IT and costs support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality client work.
