What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lecturer, you will work hands‑on with entry‑level students, guiding them through practical training and inspiring them to reach their full potential. You will design engaging sessions with support from curriculum managers and create clear pathways for learners’ progress in workshop and classroom settings.
About you:
* Must hold GCSE A (C/9 – 4 or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths)
* Interest in supporting students within an educational environment
* Level 2 qualification in Construction or a related discipline
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
