Associate Director
The Construction Index Ltd, based in Aldgate, is searching for a commercially aware and hungry Associate Director to join our experienced team and lead the delivery of projects from inception to completion.

The Company
We are a multidisciplinary consultancy with 4+ offices across the UK delivering projects in commercial office, residential, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Role Overview
The Associate Director will oversee a team of 15+ Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Building Surveyors, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership within the Project Management team to ensure schemes complete within time and budget constraints.
* Communicate on a daily basis with Senior Members of the Project Management team.
* Support Senior / Project Managers with challenges faced in project lifecycles.
* Visit sites on a weekly basis.
* Attend client meetings.
* Ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience working for a consultancy.
* Experience delivering schemes in commercial office, healthcare, industrial and residential sector.
* MRICS or MAPM Chartered is ideal.
* BSc/MSc Construction Project Management.
* Ability to manage schemes simultaneously.
* Comfortable leading a team.
* Bring a collaborative mindset.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
