Account Manager, Rickmansworth / Hybrid – up to £40K
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a well-established, full-service agency with a strong reputation across Higher Education and Financial Services.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Account Manager looking for more ownership and progression in a supportive, growing agency.
You’ll be leading day-to-day client relationships, delivering integrated campaigns, and working closely with internal teams across creative, media, strategy and performance.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
* Leading the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print and broadcast
* Managing timelines, budgets and internal resource to ensure smooth delivery
* Briefing and collaborating with creative, media and strategy teams
* Leading client calls, presentations and reporting sessions
* Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
* Supporting new business activity and contributing to pitches
What we’re looking for
* 2–4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role
* Strong client management skills with the confidence to lead conversations
* Solid project management and organisational ability
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
* Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented
Nice to have
* Experience working with Financial Services or Higher Education clients
* Exposure to media planning, performance or campaign optimisation
* Marketing or business-related degree
