Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage the hotel's state of repair to meet high quality standards
* Ensure regular maintenance throughout the hotel
* Provide warm hospitality and care to guests
* Control stock within the maintenance department
* Complete maintenance promptly to ensure quality
* Maintain fire log book and record room maintenance
* Maintain high standards in outside, public, guest bedrooms, and grounds
* Follow hotel policies
* Foster good relationships and communication across departments
* Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid
