An established and rapidly growing distribution business based in Harlow is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Finance Manager into a newly created role, reporting directly to the Finance Director. This position has been introduced to strengthen financial control and support the continued development of finance and business processes during a period of sustained growth. This is a hands-on, technical finance role with broad exposure across the finance function. Responsibilities will include: Preparation and delivery of management accounts Fixed asset analysis and reporting Budgeting and forecasting Cashflow management Ad-hoc costings and financial analysis ERP system support and process improvement Technical accounting support to the Finance Director A variety of ad-hoc finance tasks, some of which will be routine in natureThis is a supportive role, providing the chance to work closely with a Finance Director in a well-run, growing business. You will be comfortable taking ownership of core finance activities, improving processes, and supporting the wider business as required.
