What you will do As a Chiller Service Technician, your day-to-day role will include service, maintenance and repair work on various Chiller equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. This is a mobile role within the Midlands. In this role you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. You will be involved with commissioning, servicing, repair, and PPM works. Our Service Technicians provide technical expertise and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinate on site work activity. With the work completed according to set specifications and customer expectations to support our client sites, Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do. What we look for Proven experience as an Chiller Service Engineer Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 minimum & F-Gas Certificate. Strong knowledge of Chiller systems, controls, and components: ventilation plant. Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi and Mitsubishi etc. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
