PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (with finance background) for a leading multinational manufacturer of construction and mining equipment client based in Solihull.
This is an initial 12 months contract position working 5 days on site.
£14.05ph PAYE or £18.99ph Umbrella.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
* Addressing customer issues and resolving complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
* Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
* Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
* Understanding of products and services offered, providing appropriate solutions to customer queries.
* Understanding and managing end of lease process.
Education/Experience
* Degree or equivalent Customer Service experience
* Oracle, Salesforce and PowerBi experience highly desirable.
* Experience in a leasing environment
* Finance background
