Senior Architectural Technician or Technologist
Permanent | Salary range £55-65,000 plus package
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join a 5* privately owned house builder on a full time, permanent basis. This position is exclusive to Blue Diamond Recruitment having worked with and supported the Director and business over several years. Our client’s office is located on the border of Warwickshire / Northamptonshire therefore easily accessible from surrounding areas.
This position would suit an architectural professional with an eye for detail, a passion for construction and an interest to work on projects from inception to completion. The successful applicant will report directly to the Design & Planning Director.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing technical information to assist in the production of initial sketch layouts for land appraisals
2. Developing and preparing planning layouts on AutoCAD using the standard range of house types in preparation for planning submission
3. Produce supporting documentation for planning applications
4. Assist in the negotiation and co-ordination of planning submissions through to approval.
5. Discharge planning conditions in a timely manner
