The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, ambitious, influential, and prepared for a large and often demanding role. Strong client focus and engagement skills are essential, along with strategic thinking and the ability to drive business development opportunities and streamline efficiencies where appropriate.
The Head of Client Services will plan, coordinate, and oversee the activities of the Account Management team to maintain and enhance customer relationships in line with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Direct the daily operations of the team.
2. Motivate the team to deliver the best possible customer service.
3. Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
4. Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability.
5. Ensure teams are properly structured, recruited, trained, developed, and effectively performance-managed.
6. Optimize the use of MIS systems to enhance customer relations and operations.
This role requires a solid understanding of the printing industry to provide strategic insight for key clients.
