Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Passenger Assistant. The Passenger Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during transport, providing customer assistance, and coordinating with drivers to manage schedules and routes efficiently. Daily tasks include assisting passengers with boarding and alighting, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of trips and passenger information.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to coordinate schedules and manage time effectively
* Completed safeguarding and first aid training
* Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding of DBS requirements
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies in a calm manner
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the transport industry or relevant field is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent
