Job Description:
1. Effectively use CRM system and other internal platforms to manage and monitor leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring all project and client records are up to date.
2. Conduct research to identify fresh market opportunities and devise effective strategies for approaching them.
3. Contribute to the development and execution of sales & marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new business.
4. Promptly follow up on leads generated through campaigns and maintain regular communication with identified ideal target businesses.
5. Craft engaging presentations for proposals and sales decks using PowerPoint or Keynote.
6. Collaborate with external resources such as marketing agencies and third-party suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with them.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously developing commercial understanding.
8. Assist in quoting projects by coordinating with multiple suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operational support teams, addressing specific requirements such as stock needs.
