A multi outlet hotel and golf club that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Snr CDP or Sous chef. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including day time snacks and formal members dinners. The hotel is busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is also used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding and events venue. As Sous Chef you will be working in a team of chefs supporting the Head Chef, and monitoring the junior chefs in a faced paced environment.
Requirements:
This role of would suit a driven senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who has previous experience working in fast paced fresh food kitchens. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
