About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead the UK sales function for our industrial and spare parts division, part of a well-established European group specialising in commercial and industrial door solutions.
This is a senior leadership role that will shape and drive the national sales strategy, deliver revenue and profit growth, and build strong long-term partnerships across the construction and industrial sectors.
You’ll work closely with both UK and European sales leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of goals, effective resource sharing, and excellent customer outcomes.
