Overview
* Work closely with the commercial property and commercial litigation teams on a varied, stimulating caseload.
* Manage your own corporate matters, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance.
* Collaborate across departments to cross‑refer work and deliver seamless client support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders.
* Provide strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
* Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's corporate practice.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
* Proven experience delivering high‑quality transactional work.
* Strong technical skills and sound commercial awareness.
* Confident working collaboratively across departments and building trusted relationships.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
