Role Overview: Children’s Support Worker
Your role involves working closely with children in care, focusing on their well-being and development. You will support them in educational pursuits, hobbies, and activities, contributing positively to their future outcomes.
We seek highly motivated, committed individuals with a genuine interest in delivering top-quality care for children and young people. Our work spans various settings, including Mental Health, Autism, Challenging Behavior, Education, and Residential care.

Responsibilities
* Supporting, safeguarding, and promoting the well-being of children and young people
* Assisting with daily routines in various settings
* Organizing and facilitating social activities
* Providing transportation when needed
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe practice
* Offering supervision and support
* Working in compliance with Ofsted and CQC regulations
* Managing complex behaviors and crisis situations
* Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
Candidate Requirements
* At least 12 months post-qualification experience working with children or young adults
* Must be over 21 years old to meet industry regulations
* Knowledge in EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND
* Diploma Level 3 in Children’s and Young People; Level 4 desirable
